Who can use BU75
Adults 18 and over, in New Zealand or Australia. The service is not directed at users elsewhere.
What BU75 is
A tracker. It records what you log and shows you the record. It does not give health, fitness, nutrition or medical advice, and nothing in it is personalised guidance about your body.
What BU75 is not
It is not a substitute for a GP or any other health professional. If something about your health concerns you, talk to one.
Independence
BU75 is independent of, and not affiliated with, any other 75-day challenge, programme or brand.
Photos
Progress photos must show you clothed — minimum, what you'd wear to a public gym. No nudity. Captures that fail that check are rejected on your device and never uploaded.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can export or delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent.
